Lady goes nuts when she is accepted for welfare benefits.

This must have been a long wait if the cameras were filming when the mail arrives. From what I can gather from this video the woman gets the news of her non disability welfare benefits in the letter. You can see her do the math for the 2 and a half years she was waiting. Watch as she absolutely goes crazy for her government money. She sure seems able-bodied enough and her lungs sure work well as you will hear. We obviously don’t know the whole story. But I will let you be the judge.
