Dog runs for the first time ever with 3D printed legs.

The dog who couldn’t run.

Derby the dog has never run. He was born with deformed front legs and was unable to. After being adopted, his new parents tried a few different ways to help derby move better. A cart was built but it didn’t allow the dog to interact with others. Soon after, 3D Systems developed a set of new legs and printed them digitally.

Pup is given a second chance.

Now derby can run and play just like other dogs. Sometimes running up to 2 miles a day. It’s always nice to see people helping animals just like this guy did.  See the transformation in the video below. It will surely brighten your day.
