Dash cam captures Oregon cop violently kicking motorcyclist.

A Oregon man shown on this dash cam video has been awarded a settlement after a federal jury decided that his rights were violated. The motorcyclist was pulled over for passing in a no passing zone. What we see in the video is his bike being rammed from behind and the officer kicking him and breaking his collarbone. The officer states that he saw the biker was complying with his commands but was unable to stop the kick. The trooper claims he had already fired the muscles in his leg to make the kick but was unable to stop. Take a look at the dash cam footage and decide for yourself.
