Police cant find woman ejected in crash.

With winter driving season coming close its time to start thinking about safe driving tips. The Montana DOJ and police have released this video of a very scary crash. The roads don’t look that bad but it is obvious that driving conditions are poor. Remember even though you have 4 wheel drive, once you hit the brakes on an icy road it does not matter. Please slow down.

In this video the police have stopped to help after a minor crash. This turns into a major event as more and more accidents occur. A semi crashes into the vehicle containing a mother and her children. She is ejected from the vehicle and thrown all the way across the road. The woman lays there unnoticed by the first responders. It shows how an accident can be so traumatic and shocking that even professionals can let adrenaline take over.

After a few minutes the police discover her and run to give aid. Even faced with speeding cars rushing at them these officers stay calm and able to react to the situation. The trouble is not over at that point. Cars, trucks and trailers continue to crash all around them.

At one point in the video we see a police officer give enough warning to the others allowing them to get to safety and probably saving their lives. A truck and trailer narrowly misses them in the median after the police officer reacts and moves them to safety.

Thankfully all occupants are on the road to recovery thanks to the quick actions of police and fire personal. Take this as a reminder to slow down and remember how hard it is to stop on a slick roadway. Check out the video below to see the entire accident as it happens.
